Judith offers other ensembles:


Skylark Quintet

Judith has formed a wind quintet with Lynn Carter, oboe,  Victoria Loram, clarinet, Nicola New, horn, and Jo Arnason, bassoon, players with international careers.  As well as programmes in a varied range of genres, they take on recordings and collaborative projects with narrators and artists in other disciplines.

Flute & Piano

Judith has given concerts and recorded for CDs and the BBC a wide-ranging repertoire with pianists John Lenehan, Jan Latham-Koenig, Julian Jacobson, Andrew Ball, Geoffrey Douglas Madge, and Susan Alexander-Max (see Recordings).

Flute, Violin, Viola & Cello

Repertoire includes quartets by Mozart, Rossini, Haydn and Jonathan Lloyd's 'Ballad for the Evening of a Man', which she commissioned with funds from the Arts Council.

Judith has given performances, including BBC broadcasts, with many different artists, including members of the Skampa, Divertimento and Schidlof quartets. See Recordings.


Flute with Orchestra

Judith hall has played and recorded as concerto soloist with the Philharmonia, BBC Concert Orchestra, Langham Chamber Orchestra, Gulbenkian Orchestra, Montepulciano Festival Orchestra, Divertimento of London, and the English Symphony Orchestra.

Repertoire includes music by Vivaldi and Mozart (including the Flute & Harp Concerto) and by Bach, CPE Bach, Brouwer, Boccherini, Chaminade, Devienne, Foss, Gianella, Grétry, Griffes, Ibert, Jolivet, Nielsen, Panufnik, Quantz, Rivier, Seiber and Stamitz. Reviews of concertos by Vivaldi and Mozart

Jonathan Lloyd's "blessed days of blue" for flute and string orchestra was commissioned for Judith by the English String Orchestra with funds from the Arts Council.
